In 2013, Dr. Ramos extended his mission to make a difference by venturing beyond Cuban borders. He commenced his compassionate journey in Antigua and Barbuda, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, ultimately finding his calling in Saint Lucia, where he has been based since 2013.
